Midland County Fair reserves the right to make any changes at any time.
Online registration will close, and all entries are due by July 25th, 2025
Please review the 2025 Fair book
- Double check spelling, mailing address, email and phone number.
- Payment must be made at entry checkout.
- The Midland County Fair does not record your password and will not be able to reset it.
- Create only one ShoWorks account per exhibitor. All entries must be under exhibitor account.
- Reminder: Please print the Detailed Receipt. This will be your record of all entries/fees you have made and paid.
- Some entries require a document to be uploaded, this will prompt you for an upload when you checkout. If you’ve already uploaded the document for this specific animal, you don’t need to upload additional times.
- For Open Horse and Ponies, you will need to select Division _Stall Sheet 17 for your stall fee and tack stalls, and upload at checkout.
- For Youth Horses, you will need to select Division _Stall Sheet 18 for a tack stall IN ADDITION TO the already provided tack stalls, outlined within the stall sheet form. You will upload at checkout.
- For Youth Beef, you will need to select Division _Stall Sheet 04 for stall sheet, and upload at checkout.
- For all Open animal classes, please select Division _Stall Sheet ** for stall sheet, and upload at checkout.
- For Exhibitors with Disabilities (EWD) classes, your form can be turned into the Exhibit “Youth” Office or emailed to youthoffice@midlandfair.net
